Spyglass Ridge is located in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, right along the coast of Orange County. It lies just south of San Joaquin Hills Road and is bounded on both sides by Newport Coast Drive and MacArthur Boulevard, which allows easy access to other Orange County areas. Locals know the area mostly for its hillside lots, terraced streets, and excellent views of the ocean and surrounding Corona del Mar neighborhoods.

There’s a lot of variety in Spyglass Ridge oceanfront homes, ranging from small single-family units to large custom homes remodeled from the original development. Although further inland than other Corona del Mar communities, it gets the same unobstructed views often stretching out to the nearby Balboa Island.
