Spyglass Hill is a medium-sized community in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, a high-end section of Orange County. Sitting north of San Joaquin Hills Road, it is built on a ridge about two and a half miles from the Orange County coast. This unique location affords some of the best views in the area, with some enjoying sweeping views of Corona del Mar Village, Newport Harbor, and even the nearby Balboa Peninsula and Catalina Island.

There are currently about 350 Spyglass Hill beach homes, most of them single-family properties remodeled from the original developments. Although fairly larger than most Corona del Mar communities, the area has a distinct small-town feel that makes residents feel right at home.
